A tough loss against RCB meant that the dressing room atmosphere was not very upbeat.

The team though was lifted by a motivating speech by Akash Ambani.

“First and foremost, I want everyone to know that you are representing Mumbai Indians so you should always keep your head held high. We’ve been in tough situations before and we can come out of them. I have full faith in you as a squad, as a playing XI,” said Akash Ambani.

He also reiterated the importance of hard work, both individually and as a collective.

“We all know that there’s a lot of hard work to put in. My only request is to do it individually but do it as a team also,” he stated.

Akash Ambani was also confident that we would get that elusive win soon.

“The frustration must be high but we can collect that energy and then give our best in the field to get that win. I am very confident about that and I want to end by saying that I have utmost and complete faith in all our players and I’m sure we can come out of this situation,” concluded Akash Ambani.
