INDvBAN T20Is preview: SKY and Co. keen to extend their fine form

The transition from whites to blues always brings quite a few runs along with it, but it seems like Team India already got in the groove with that innings in the recently concluded second Test!

The two T20I series following the T20 World Cup triumph in June earlier this year saw the Men in Blue emerge victorious by 4-1 (vs Zimbabwe) and 3-0 (vs Sri Lanka), indicating that the future is in safe hands post the Rohit-Virat era.

In their upcoming assignment, India will take on Bangladesh in three T20Is.

This will also be skipper Suryakumar Yadav’s second assignment as the full-time captain of the T20I side following a successful tour of Sri Lanka, where he played an instrumental role in the 3-0 series win. Maanla re, Surya Dada!

Talking about the squad, our Kung Fu Pandya is all set to lead the all-rounders’ roster whereas the trio of Mayank Yadav, Harshit Rana and Nitish Kumar Reddy could potentially make their international debut.

As for the Bangla Tigers, Najmul Hossain Shanto will lead the 15-member squad, which also marks the return of all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz to the shortest format of the game after more than a year.
