TATA IPL 2022 Schedule is out, Paltan!
Mark your calendars! The IPL 2022 schedule has been announced! And guess what? All the fixtures are in Mumbai and Pune! Our home – The Wankhede Stadium will host 20 matches, the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai will also host 20 matches while the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai and the MCA stadium in Pune will host 15 apiece.
In our opening fixture, we play the Delhi Capitals at the Brabourne Stadium on the 27th of May before moving to the DY Patil Stadium for our encounter against the Rajasthan Royals on the 2nd of April.
Next, we move to Pune to face the Kolkata Knight Riders on the 6th followed by a game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on the 9th and a match against the Punjab Kings on the 13th.
Thereafter, we return to Mumbai to duel the newly formed Lucknow Super Giants at the Brabourne Stadium on the 16th before locking horns against arch rivals Chennai Super Kings at DY Patil Stadium on the 21st.
We finally come home to the Wankhede Stadium to play the Lucknow Super Giants again on the 24th before heading back to DY Patil Stadium to face the Rajasthan Royals on the 30th.
As we move into May, we play the Gujarat Titans on the 6th at Brabourne Stadium and the Kolkata Knight Riders on the 9th at DY Patil Stadium.
Our final three fixtures are at the Wankhede Stadium wherein we play the Chennai Super Kings, the Sunrisers Hyderabad, and the Delhi Capitals on the 12th, 17th, and 21st respectively.
The venues for the playoffs and final are yet to be announced.
