By participating in the 'MI paltan golden ticket contest'  ("the Contest "), organised by  Mumbai Indians cricket team (“MI”) [which by reference means Indiawin Sports Private Limited (ISPL) (MI)], the participant ( “Participant”)   hereby agrees to be bound by and to abide by the Contest Rules  (attached hereto) and governing standard terms and conditions  as set out below.

• STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • APPLICABILITY:
    • These standard terms and conditions (‘Standard Terms’) shall govern the participation in the Contest to be conducted in the period between [11^thApril 2024] and [17^th May 2024]  (“Contest Period”);
    • MI reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest or the Contest Rules (“Rules”)without notice for any event that is outside of MI’s reasonable control. Any changes to the Contest Rules, Standard Terms or cancellation of the Contest, will be posted on the Website.  It is the responsibility of Participants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Contest Rules.
    • In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest Rules, the conduct or results of the Contest, or any other matter relating to the Contest, the decision of MI shall be final and not subject to any appeal, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by MI.
  • ELIGIBILTY FOR CONTEST PARTICIPANTS:
    • Every Participant must be above the age of 18 years, holding an Indian passport, and residing within the territorial limits of India during the Contest Period. The Participant should not have any criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant from participating in the Contest. Proof of age, if requested, of the Participant, in the Entry must be submitted to MI to confirm the eligibility of the Participant. The Contest is open for bonafide ticket holders only.
    • Participant(s) shall provide such information as may be requested by MI. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest. MI also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant at any point in time during the Contest Period.
    • Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Contest Rules could lead to MI disqualifying that person, without MI giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
    • MI reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Contest under these Standard Terms.
  • ENTRIES
    • Neither MI, its parent companies or group companies, shall be liable in any manner in the event that Entries are not received, or the Participant is unable to submit their Entry due to any reason whatsoever. For purposes of these Standard Terms, “receipt” of an Entry occurs when the Participant fills the Entry form by providing all the information, as requested by MI, along with any requisite identification documents (if any) and accepts the Standard Terms & the Contest Rules.
    • The Contest is free for participation, at any time, during the Contest Period (as defined in the Contest Rules below) and there is no requirement to make any monetary contribution or purchase in order to enter the Contest.
    • Only one Entry per person is permitted. In the event that MI discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple Entries in respect of any one match, only the first Entry shall be considered for selection.
  • PRIZE :
    • Each Winner shall receive two (2) hospitality tickets each for one (1) MI’s home game of MI’s choice.
    • Each Winner will also receive two (2) MI gold memberships and two (2) non-personalized kits which shall be valid till 31st January 2025. The MI gold membership shall revert back to MI blue membership post 31st January 2025.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
    • All unclaimed Prizes by the Winners will be forfeited.
  • WINNERS
    • The Contest shall have a total of three (3) Prize Winners.
    • Prize winners (“Winner/s”) will be selected and notified in the manner set out in the Contest Rules. No prize will be awarded where any Participant has breached any of these Standard Terms (as determined by MI in its sole discretion).
    • MI reserves the right to select and declare the Winners of the Contest and such decision shall be final and binding on the Participant(s) and the Winner(s)
    • If requested by MI, all Winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any Prize) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Contest publicity. It is clarified that MI has no obligation to record the winning of the Prize(s) or incorporate it in any promotional program/activity/material.
  • LIABILITY
    • MI accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than liability for personal injury or death as a result of MI’s negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any Participant in entering the Contest, including as a result of any Participant winning or not winning any prize.
    • MI accepts no responsibility for Entries lost, damaged or delayed due to any reason whatsoever.
  • DATA PROTECTION
    • Any personal information collected by MI shall be restricted to the Participant’s name, gender, date of birth, pin code and contact details including mobile number and email ID as submitted by the Participant through the Entry form (“Personal Information”).
    • The Participant agrees that MI may use the Participant’s Personal Information (whether or not they win the Contest), or authorize a third party to use it, for any research, statistical or promotional purpose ( “Purpose”) .
    • The Participant consents to MI sharing information with third party service providers engaged by MI for the Purpose. When MI uses third parties to assist in storing / processing such Personal Information, they will be required to comply with appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

  • GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in relation hereto shall vest in the courts at Mumbai, India.
  • CONTEST RULES
    • The rules of the Contest  are as follows:
      • The Contest will be hosted at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai, India on each MI home match day. A ‘photo Op’ is setup and installed inside the stadium for the Participants to register (with their name, email ID and mobile number) in order to participate in the Contest.
      • The Contest involves one (1) question about MI which shall be asked to each Participant. The Participant needs to answer the question correctly and submit the Contest entry Form in order to be eligible for the Winner’s Prize (“Entry” or “Entries”)
      • MI shall collect all the eligible Entries with the correct answer for each match and Winners shall be selected from this pool through a lucky draw.
      • The shortlisted Winners shall be notified via phone call and/or email and will be given upto two (2) days to submit identification documents (PAN/Aadhaar/Driving License), if any as requested by MI. Failure to submit the identification documents within the requisite timeline, as communicated by MI, shall lead to Prize being forfeited.
      • The Winner is not allowed to choose the date of the match, which is given as a Prize for the Contest, the same shall be at the sole discretion of MI.
      • Prize shall be collected by the Winners from the MI office, address of which will be communicated to the Winners.
      • The Participant shall fulfill all the Eligibility Requirements mentioned in the Standard Terms. Any incomplete Entry will be disqualified
      • The Participant consent to adhere to the Standard Terms and receive communication from MI (through mode of communications such as call, WhatsApp, email or SMS) during the Contest Period.
