Natalie Sciver-Brunt dons many hats. Born in Tokyo, raised in Poland and the Netherlands, she grew up playing football and basketball, before moving to England to complete her education, where (thankfully!) she was introduced to cricket. Having made her debut in 2013, she’s grown from strength to strength. One of her finest moments on the field came in the 2017 ODI World Cup, where she notched up multiple batting records and played a big role in England winning the World Cup.
Through all this, she gave the world the ‘Nat-meg’, a flick shot she played masterfully through her legs. It was on full display through the first WPL season, playing iconic knocks in the playoffs and the final, soaking up the pressure and bringing the title home!
