About Sajana
A certified finisher for Kerala in the Indian domestic circuit, Sajana Sajeevan is a solid off-spinner and a big-hitting middle-order batter, who does both – bowl the tough overs, and bat to close out games.
She needed just one delivery to go from a relatively unheard of entity into becoming a household name, where she smacked the first ball she faced in the WPL – coincidentally the last ball of the innings - for a six to win Mumbai Indians the game.
An India cap soon followed, and she is well on track to become the designated finisher!
