Quick, nippy through the air, a skiddy bowling action, young, upcoming, exciting!
Born in London, with her family lineage going back to Hong Kong, Issy’s cricketing journey started after she moved to Warwickshire as a teenager. Impressive stints in the Women’s Cricket Super League and the Rachael Hayhoe Flint Trophy saw her being called up for the England Academy squad for the 2019/20 season, before progressing to England A the next year. A debut international cap followed in all three formats in 2022 in the home series against South Africa.
She gave us Paltan one of our favourite moments in the 2023 WPL when she went down in history books as the first ever bowler to take a hat-trick in the league.
