USHA Play Wrong'Un DIGITAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Comments/Replies from only those Participants shall be considered who follow Mumbai Indians handle on Instagram handle and the Mumbai Indians Website and wish to participate.
- Contest Participants shall have the opportunity to win Mumbai Indians Women's team merchandise. The Winner of the Contest for each Mumbai Indians Women's Team Match shall win Mumbai Indians Women's Team merchandise as per USHA's choice. Four (4) winners shall be selected for the contest hosted on Mumbai Indian digital platforms
- 3 winners from the Mumbai Indians Instagram handle.
- 1 winner from the Mumbai Indians website
- The Winner wishing to avail the Prizes upon being contacted by Mumbai Indians shall have to verify their identity by providing PAN Card, Aadhar Card and any valid government identity proof such as Voter ID or Driving License, or such other document requested for address proof on email, and also verify their Account credentials. Mumbai Indians Team and/or their respective agents shall not be liable for default or delay in delivery of Prizes due to incorrect personal details provided by the eligible Winner or the Top Scorers.
- The Prize shall be available to only those Participants who have a valid Indian postal address.
- If the Winner is able to verify their identity to Our satisfaction, then the Winner shall be eligible to avail the applicable Prize in accordance with the result. The Prizes shall be delivered by USHA within three (3) months of completion of WPL 2023. If You are a Winner, You understand and accept that You are solely responsible for fulfilling any and all formalities that may be required or ancillary to avail any Prize won by You including any and all costs associated with availing such Prize.
- The merchandise image in the contest creative is for representation purposes only, the actual product may vary.
- Participants are required to submit their comments only on the contest post published on the official Mumbai Indians Instagram Handle & Website. Four winners will be selected at random from the pool of participants who submitted the correct answer on the above mentioned Mumbai Indians digital platforms
- Fake profiles won't be eligible for the prize if they participate.
- To release, discharge and hold harmless Mumbai Indians, their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection to the contest or the acceptance of the Prize.
- These terms and conditions may be altered and/or cancelled, modified or suspended at any time by Mumbai Indians in its sole discretion, without any notice.
- That Mumbai Indians decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the selection of messages and awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any Participant or by any third party.
- Mumbai Indians shall not be responsible if the participant is unable to participate or post his/her "Comment" due to any network problem, a breakdown in machinery or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever.
- By participating in this contest, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood and have accepted the terms and conditions as mentioned above and further hereby undertake to fully abide by the same
