The desert is painted in Blue and Gold! Nicholas Pooran’s Midas touch continues, this time with MI Emirates, leading them from the front to lift their first ILT20 title.
MI Cape Town endure a disappointing finish at the SA20 2024 season, finishing sixth in the league stage.
2023
Welcome the inaugural MLC Champions – MI NEW YORK. Firsts are always special, and on the back of Nicholas Pooran’s iconic 55-ball 137 on the night of the final, MI New York conquered America, and brought home the silverware!
Surya-TON-sham! 605 runs in 16 games at a strike-rate of 181.13, Aapla Dada Suryakumar Yadav was in dream form through IPL 2023. Overall, the team has a good run, making it to the second Qualifier. Young stars like Akash Madhwal, who produced match figures of 5/5 in the Eliminator, and Tilak Varma, who rose up the ranks to join the Indian squad soon after the season, were unearthed.
