Paltan, India’s squad for the Champions Trophy 2025 is out! Strap yourselves and get ready with your “Indiaaaa… Indiaaaaa!” chants once again.

आपला Hitman will take charge of the Men in Blue, while Shubman Gill will assume vice-captaincy, for the ICC Champions Trophy, starting February 19, as well as the India vs England ODI series, slated from February 2.

After an almost eight-year hiatus, the Champions Trophy is slated to take place in Pakistan in three cities - Lahore, Rawalpindi and Karachi. However, the Indian men’s cricket team, featuring in Group A, will play their matches in UAE at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Rohit and Co. will face Bangladesh in their tournament opener on February 20, before writing another chapter in the India vs Pakistan rivalry on February 23. A repeat of the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 semi-final - India vs New Zealand - is also on the cards in the group stage.

… but before this unfolds, Team India will battle it out against former World Champions England in a three-match ODI series at Nagpur, Cuttack and Ahmedabad, starting February 6.

All eyes will be on Rohit, Hardik and the rest of the Indian team as they prepare to challenge for another ICC trophy.

After defeating England in the final, India won their second ICC Champions Trophy title. Sadly, we fell just short of replicating the achievement in 2017, but Team India will gun for a record third title this time.
