• Log in to your BookMyShow account on the mobile app or browser

• Navigate to the “Profile” Section and view “Your Orders”

• Tap on your Mumbai Indians match ticket

• A dynamic QR code will be displayed

• Present the QR code for a scan at the turnstile

• Directions for entry to the venue and to locate the seat can be found below the QR code

Do I need the BookMyShow app to access my M-ticket?

No. M-tickets can be accessed and displayed on a mobile phone using the BookMyShow app or mobile web. Hence, a user must be logged in to an existing account when transacting and using the M-ticket to enter the venue. Since a user is logged into an account, the tickets are securely stored against the user's account.

No, you are not required to enter together. You should transfer the M-ticket to your respective friend before the match day and tell them to view the ticket once in the “Your Orders” section before the match day.
