Right then, the much-anticipated ICC event is all set to return after an eight-year hiatus and 4️⃣ of our Boys in Blue and Gold are set to feature for their respective teams.

So, without further ado, let’s see how this bunch of players are prepping up for the tournament!

Rohit Sharma (India)

The Indian captain is just doing what he does best, smashing a breathtaking century in the second match of the recently-concluded ODI series versus England. 💪

Moreover, the opener boasts a terrific record while batting in the U.A.E, amassing 317 runs in five ODIs at a stellar average of 105.66, including a ton and two fifties.

Expect आपल्या 𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐍 to come out all guns blazing, as he did last time out in 2017, accumulating 304 runs in five innings to finish as the second leading run-getter in the competition behind his former teammate Shikhar Dhawan.

Hardik Pandya (India)

आमच्या HP is all set to lead the all-rounder’s roster for Team India. The 31-year-old, who accounted for 105 runs and four wickets in the 2017 edition, will once again look to chip in with handy contributions.

Hardik’s exploits in the limited-overs format are not lesser-known and hence watch out for his cameos towards the toe end of the innings alongside his usual raada with the ball. 💥

Ryan Rickelton (South Africa)

Furthermore, he revelled in a marathon 259-run knock in the second Test of the Pakistan tour of South Africa 2024-2025 earlier this year, guiding his side to a convincing 10-wicket victory. 🙌

IT DIDN’T STOP HERE! In the recently-concluded SA20 League, where MI Cape Town clinched their maiden title, our Ryan भाऊ finished among the leading run-getters with 336 runs in eight matches at an average of 48.00. Todla re, Ryan!

Mitchell Santner (New Zealand)

Since being named as New Zealand’s white-ball captain in December 2024, Santner has led the Kiwis to some resounding wins and is yet to lose a series.

Ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025, Mitch & Co. clinched the Pakistan Tri-Nation Series where they defeated the hosts by five wickets in the summit clash. In the final, the all-rounder bowled a phenomenal spell of 2/20 in 10 overs, which included a staggering 40 dot balls!
