INDIAWIN SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED ISSUES RFP TO NFT PLATFORMS TO BUILD SOLUTIONS FOR THE FUTURE OF THE MUMBAI INDIANS FRANCHISE

MUMBAI, January 2^nd 2023: Indiawin Sports Private Limited (“ISPL”) announces the release of a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for providing certain services related to the development and monetization of specific licensed digital collectables in the form of non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") derived from its existing intellectual properties ("IPs").

ISPL invites proposals from Global and Indian entities to create and launch the NFTs based on its existing IPs and leverage Mumbai Indians’ global brand value.

ISPL owns the Mumbai Indians franchise,  the most successful team in the Indian Premier League having won 5 IPL titles and has been ranked as the most valuable franchise by global brand valuation agencies. Mumbai Indians have a strong online presence with over 50 million followers across social media platforms with an objective of finding new avenues to engage its loyal fanbase.

The detailed terms and conditions governing the RFP process including eligibility requirements, process for submissions of bids, rights and obligations, etc. are contained in the RFP which will be made available on receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 100,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The procedure to procure the RFP documents is enlisted in Annexure A to this notice. The RFP will be available for purchase till 17^th January 2023.

Interested parties are requested to email the details of payment made for the purchase of the RFP  to RFP@mumbaiindians.com as per the procedure laid down in Annexure A. It is clarified that the RFP documents shall be shared only upon the confirmation of payment of the non-refundable RFP fee.

Any interested party wishing to express their interest is required to purchase the RFP. However, only those satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the RFP and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFP does not entitle any person to bid.

ISPL reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage in any manner without providing any reason.

ANNEXURE A

PROCEDURE TO PROCURE THE RFP DOCUMENT

The RFP Document can be purchased as per the following procedure;

 1. If the purchasing entity is an Indian entity;

 Payment of INR 1,00,000 + INR 18,000 (GST) i.e. Total of INR 1,18,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Only) is to be made to the following bank account:

Payment of INR 1,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Lakh) in the United States Dollar equivalent of the same, as on the date of remittance, to be made to the following bank account:

Once the payment is made, the payment confirmation is required to be shared by email to RFP@mumbaiindians.com with the subject line “Confirmation of Payment of RFP Fee for The Creation Of Licensed Digital Collectibles And The Provision Of Ancillary Services” along with the following details:

It is hereby clarified that the RFP document must be purchased by the relevant interested party that is desirous of submitting a proposal.
